Card Exchange

I got the cards back from my card exchange. Yeah! One of the things I want to do when the kids get back into school is make a ton of cards and replenish my supply. I have completely gotten out of the habit of sending impromptu cards. I really want to develop that habit again.

  1. My friend used to do a card making night at her house and I loved having homemade cards on hand whenever I needed one. I’m not crafty myself so I can’t do it alone! Yours are super cute.

  2. What a neat swap! I love to make card too and am eagerly waiting for PreK to start so I can replenish my supply too.

  3. They are so cute. I need to stock up on my cards also. It is so hard to find the time to do it. It seems like once you whip eveything out, then you have to put it away. Unless of course you are blessed with a craft room. Not me! Too many kiddies! 🙂

  4. how about this for it being a small world…

Kris V. brought all of your cards to our meeting tonight showing them off as to how darling they are and maybe we could do something like that. I saw your beautiful pink card, and I was… “Hey… I know the artist of this beauty!”

    It was really cool.

  5. I confess, I don’t know how I ended up on your blog, and I don’t know you, but what cute cards those are. If you enjoy homemade cards and card exchanges I have a card exchange that I host which is every month and I have one open spot if you’d be interested. Here’s the web address of one of my posts that explain the rules of my card exchange. http://hwstevens.blogspot.com/2007/05/card-exchange.html
